We're so lucky to have a great Jaycar in Aspley :) I had an urgent need to get a universal remote for my audio system prior to entertaining - turned up 15 minutes before they closed and Peter Russell took over from another staff member (who didn't have great product knowledge) to serve me. He listened, helped me select the best product, gave me really great advice on how to quickly set it up AND trained the other staff member in the process. He was so professional, helpful and pleasant. I was so relieved when the remote set up worked first go and my entertaining went to plan. Thank you Johnno

Highly recommend . Richard (yes, same first name) went out of his way to assist me . The other Staff there were also helping to find what I needed and it was just a happy atmosphere to be around, oh and what was suggested, well, it worked ! Great teamwork and a big thank you from me :)

Wanted advice on how to connect my wi and analogue sound system to our new smart tv. Staff member listened and advised me in the best converters to use and the cheapest way to do it. Everything worked perfectly. Thanks so much.

Exceptional customer service from John! The adaptor to my amplifier needed replacing but proved to be a tricky one to source. John spent so much time helping me and came up with an alternative (saving me buying a whole new amplifier). You don’t get customer like this much anymore and I’ll be back again and again now because of it. Thank you John, your a credit to Jaycar!

I have found Peter and the whole team at Aspley to be some of the most talented and amazing people to deal with you. Nothing is impossible and nothing is never a problem, they we always try to create a solution for your problems. Excellent service and attitude highly recommend using them!!!!!
